- Sports event organizers;
- Running clubs;
- Group booking with cases > 10

1. The promotion period is from 14 October 2023 to 31 March 2024, both dates inclusive, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
2. In order to enjoy this offer, each participant must make an appointment and complete the Programme on or before 31 March 2024.
3. This offer is on a first-come, first-served basis subject to the service availability of CUHKMC.
4. To enjoy the Special discount for sports lovers, one must present proof of participation in sports competition or activities.
5. To enjoy the Group discount, one must make arrangement via organizations hosting sports events, running clubs or groups of more than 10 people.
6. The Programme must be booked in advance during the promotion period by calling the Specialist Outpatient Centre of CUHKMC at (852) 3946 6388 during service hours. The service hours are Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., excluding public holidays. A booking is considered confirmed after a confirmation by SMS/WhatsApp is sent by CUHKMC to the Participant.
7. CUHK Medical Centre Limited reserves the right to amend any of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 
8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts. Any fees paid for the Programme are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.
9. In case of any dispute, CUHK Medical Centre Limited's decision shall be final and conclusive.
10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
11. In the event of inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
